For questions about your account, payment issues, integration help, or anything else, email support@veyragate.com. We respond Monday – Friday, 9:00 – 18:00 Central Time.

If you are an active merchant, you can also reach support directly from the dashboard at Dashboard → Support.

Incident escalation

Critical payment outages and security incidents are monitored 24/7. Email support@veyragate.com with subject “URGENT — <merchant name>” for same-hour acknowledgment.

Disputes & refunds

Customer-facing refund and dispute information is on our Refund Policy page. Active merchants can manage refunds in Dashboard → Refunds.
